Race Preparation Day

9:00 AM – Guided 5km Shake-Out Run Runfluence will host an easy-paced 5km shake-out run to loosen up your legs before race day. This gentle run helps activate your muscles while keeping you relaxed and confident.

Post-Run Coffee & Chat Grab a coffee and catch up with your fellow runners after the shake-out. It’s the perfect time to swap race stories, talk nerves, and get to know the group before the big day.

11:30 AM – Guided Expo Visit & Race Pack Collection Your Runfluence guide will take you to the marathon expo to pick up your bib and race pack. After that, you’re free to explore the expo, grab any last-minute bits if needed, or just chill and walk around.

Afternoon/Evening – Free Time The rest of the day is yours – explore the local area, grab some food, or just relax before race day. Our team is around if you need any recommendations.
