When Represent Team 247 approached Runfluence to bring their bold event vision to life, we knew it had to be something special. The result? Mission Rivington — a first-of-its-kind endurance event that pushed limits, built community, and redefined what team competition could look like.

Set in the hills of Rivington, over 100 athletes competed in teams of five, taking on a unique 12-hour format designed to test both physical and mental endurance. Each team ran a 5K on the hour, every hour, for 12 hours. Any remaining time before the next run? It was straight onto the SkiErg — with points earned for every 250 metres completed.

It was a true test of grit, pacing, teamwork, and recovery strategy — blending endurance with tactical thinking.

Mission Rivington wasn’t just a race — it was a mission. And the energy, effort, and atmosphere proved it’s only the beginning.

James was instrumental in the success of our two most recent projects – Mission: Rivington and Mission: Iceland. From logistics coordination to staffing organisation, he played a vital role in every stage. His dedication extended right through to event day, where he went above and beyond to make sure everything ran seamlessly. When still deciding whether to launch Runfluence, I had a conversation with Rhi & her team. We’d worked together before, and straight away — they would love to collaborate again and create something for her community.

Fast forward a couple of months, and 30 female runners are heading to Málaga to take on the half marathon — with a fully bespoke Runfluence package behind them.

This isn’t just a race weekend. It’s a shared experience built for connection, confidence, and good energy from start to finish. Runfluence is proud to lead and represent the group across the weekend, with a package that includes:
